Presenting an exceptional laser welding solution that stands out in its league - the Max Laser Source Mold Welder, a champion of versatility and customization. With the flexibility to select between an optional fiber laser or QCW laser configuration, this system promises a stable, reliable beam designed for precision processing. Crafted for industrial endurance, it embodies multiple cutting-edge innovations to ensure unmatched operational efficiency and impeccable weld quality:
Dual Laser Options & Dedicated Cooling
Select your preferred technology: fiber laser or QCW laser, each engineered for unwavering beam stability. The system includes a specialized chiller, engineered to support prolonged continuous operations. This minimizes thermal fluctuations, resulting in superior welding stability, enhanced performance, and extended system longevity.
Heavy-Duty Precision Workstation
The workstation features a formidable 3D load-bearing workbench with electric height adjustment capabilities. Powered by high-precision ball screws and linear guide rails, this platform offers an agile yet robust solution with less than 50 kg payload capacity. It boasts micron-level positioning accuracy, allowing effortless execution of intricate welding tasks.
Active Gas Protection System
Equipped with an advanced argon gas shielding mechanism, this system effectively protects the weld zones from oxidation. This shielding not only preserves material integrity but also maintains the natural metallic finishes. Such a feature is critical for ensuring a consistently protected weld pool, essential for delivering premium-quality and defect-free welding results.
Industrial-Grade Structural Design
With its robust construction and reinforced components, this system is tailored to endure the demands of rigorous production environments. It consistently delivers peak performance even during high-volume operations, and its design facilitates easy access for maintenance, ensuring a user-friendly experience.
Application: Ideally suited for large mold repair welding, it excels in fields ranging from mobile phone communications to jewelry crafting. The welder is adept at handling electronic components, clocks, sensors, precision machinery, and hardware. Its versatility extends to the gas and automobile parts sectors, effectively working with various metals and alloys.

1. What is the difference between Fiber(CW) and QCW?
Although both Fiber(CW) and QCW are suitable for precision welding, in terms of welding effect, QCW will produce less spatter than Fiber(CW) welding, because QCW energy is more stable and less affected by current; in terms of energy intensity, Fiber(CW) energy is higher, so the welding is deeper. QCW has relatively small energy and shallow welding, which is suitable for situations that require super-precision welding work, such as precision instruments, medical treatment, electronic devices, etc., so QCW is the future development trend.
2. Can YAG Laser be used for this mold repair welding machine?
This is our latest model in 2025. Currently, this machine can only choose Fiber or QCW laser.
3. After I received this machine, I don't know how to use it. What should I do?
We will send the operation video and user manual together with the machine.
