Discover the future of laser welding with our state-of-the-art Integrated Arm Mold Laser Welder, designed by the pioneers at Shanghai San Laser Technology Co., Ltd. This high-performance system brings unparalleled flexibility with a choice of fiber laser or QCW laser setup, ensuring a steady and dependable beam for intricate processing tasks. Built for industrial strength and resilience, it boasts cutting-edge innovations that promise exceptional operational effectiveness and top-notch weld quality:
Dual Laser Options & Dedicated Cooling
Select from advanced fiber laser or QCW laser technology, each precisely engineered for relentless beam stability. The built-in dedicated chiller ensures your equipment runs smoothly for prolonged periods, drastically reducing thermal variations to amplify welding stability and extend the system's lifespan.
Heavy-Duty Precision Workstation
Our workstation features a robust 3D load-bearing platform equipped with an electric height adjustment mechanism. Supported by precision ball screws and high-precision linear guide rails, this station combines nimbleness (<50 kg payload capacity) with minute-level positioning accuracy, effortlessly managing even the most intricate welding operations.
Active Gas Protection System
The system employs an advanced argon gas shielding technique that effectively protects weld zones from oxidation, safeguarding the material's pristine condition and natural metallic sheen. This essential feature guarantees complete protection of the weld pool, ensuring consistently superior, defect-free outcomes.
Industrial-Grade Structural Design
Crafted with reinforced elements designed to endure the toughest production environments, this system is engineered for maximum performance during high-demand operations while offering user-friendly maintenance accessibility.
Application: Perfect for large mold repair welding, mobile phone communications, jewelry crafting, electronic components, clocks, sensors, precision machinery, hardware, gas, and automobile parts, and more, across a wide array of metals and alloys.

1. What is the difference between Fiber(CW) and QCW?
Although both Fiber(CW) and QCW are suitable for precision welding, in terms of welding effect, QCW will produce less spatter than Fiber(CW) welding, because QCW energy is more stable and less affected by current; in terms of energy intensity, Fiber(CW) energy is higher, so the welding is deeper. QCW has relatively small energy and shallow welding, which is suitable for situations that require super-precision welding work, such as precision instruments, medical treatment, electronic devices, etc., so QCW is the future development trend.
2. Can YAG Laser be used for this mold repair welding machine?
This is our latest model in 2025. Currently, this machine can only choose Fiber or QCW laser.
3. After I received this machine, I don't know how to use it. What should I do?
We will send the operation video and user manual together with the machine.
