Discover the unparalleled capabilities of our high-performance laser welding system, meticulously designed for versatile customization. Choose from an optional fiber laser or QCW laser configuration, each delivering a stable and reliable beam to meet precision processing demands. Crafted for industrial durability, this system integrates cutting-edge innovations to ensure not only superior operational efficiency but also exceptional weld quality.
Dual Laser Options & Dedicated Cooling
Select between advanced fiber laser or QCW laser technologies, each engineered for optimal beam stability and performance. The state-of-the-art integrated dedicated chiller system ensures extended continuous operation, effectively minimizing thermal fluctuations to enhance both the stability and longevity of welding processes.
Heavy-Duty Precision Workstation
Our workstation features a robust, heavy-duty 3D load-bearing workbench, complete with electric height adjustment. Utilizing precision ball screws and high-precision linear guide rails, the platform offers lightweight agility with a payload capacity of less than 50 kg. Combined with micron-level positioning accuracy, it enables seamless execution of complex welding tasks with unparalleled precision.
Active Gas Protection System
This system incorporates a sophisticated argon gas shielding mechanism that effectively protects weld zones from oxidation, preserving material integrity and retaining natural metallic finishes. This essential feature guarantees consistent weld pool protection, directly contributing to producing premium-quality, defect-free results.
Industrial-Grade Structural Design
Constructed with reinforced components, this system is engineered to withstand the demands of rigorous production environments. It maintains peak performance during high-volume operations, while ensuring that operator-friendly maintenance access is preserved for ease of use.
Application: Our cutting-edge laser welding system is ideal for large mold repair welding, mobile phone communications, jewelry crafts, electronic components, clocks, sensors, precision machinery, hardware, gas and automobile parts, and a wide array of various metals and alloys.

1. What is the difference between Fiber(CW) and QCW?
Although both Fiber(CW) and QCW are suitable for precision welding, in terms of welding effect, QCW will produce less spatter than Fiber(CW) welding, because QCW energy is more stable and less affected by current; in terms of energy intensity, Fiber(CW) energy is higher, so the welding is deeper. QCW has relatively small energy and shallow welding, which is suitable for situations that require super-precision welding work, such as precision instruments, medical treatment, electronic devices, etc., so QCW is the future development trend.
2. Can YAG Laser be used for this mold repair welding machine?
This is our latest model in 2025. Currently, this machine can only choose Fiber or QCW laser.
3. After I received this machine, I don't know how to use it. What should I do?
We will send the operation video and user manual together with the machine.
