SAN LASER CCD visual auto feeding CO2 laser cutting machine integrates large overhead full-format CCD camera, automatic roll-to-roll conveyor feeding system and high-speed CO2 laser cutting system. The machine is specially customized for digital printed fabric, embroidery patches, genuine leather, PU leather, textile cloth, non-woven fabric and other flexible roll materials. 
Equipped Ruida vision intelligent control system, RECI sealed CO2 laser tube (100W/130W/150W optional), high-precision synchronous servo drive, anti-offset mesh conveyor worktable and independent smoke dust removal unit. The top full-view CCD camera scans the whole working area in one second, automatically identifies printed contour marks, auto nesting and auto edge cutting without manual positioning, solving the problem of fabric deviation and low manual cutting efficiency. 
Continuous roll automatic feeding realizes non-stop mass production, single operator can manage multiple machines, widely applied in sportswear, swimwear, embroidery label, shoe leather, luggage fabric, toy cloth factories, complete CE international certification for global export.
