Introducing our state-of-the-art High-Precision Mold Laser Welder for Injection Mold Repair Solutions. This cutting-edge laser welding system epitomizes customization and performance, offering you the choice between a fiber laser or QCW laser configuration. Both options are engineered to deliver a consistent and reliable beam for precise processing. Built with industrial durability in mind, this system integrates multiple groundbreaking innovations to ensure unmatched operational efficiency and exceptional weld quality:
Dual Laser Options & Dedicated Cooling
Select from advanced fiber laser or QCW laser technologies, each fine-tuned for unparalleled beam stability. The system's dedicated chiller ensures prolonged continuous operation, effectively reducing thermal fluctuations to boost welding stability and lifespan, promising superior outcomes.
Heavy-Duty Precision Workstation
Boasting a sturdy 3D load-bearing workbench with electric height adjustment, this workstation is powered by precision-engineered ball screws and high-precision linear guide rails. The platform excels in offering a combination of lightweight agility with a payload capacity of less than 50 kg, and micron-level positioning accuracy, facilitating the seamless accomplishment of complex welding tasks.
Active Gas Protection System
Our innovative argon gas shielding mechanism protects weld zones from oxidation, maintaining material integrity and the natural beauty of metallic finishes. This indispensable feature ensures consistent protection of the weld pool, directly leading to premium-quality, defect-free results.
Industrial-Grade Structural Design
Crafted with reinforced components, this system is designed to endure the toughest production environments, maintaining peak performance during high-volume operations. It also ensures ease of maintenance, making it operator-friendly while delivering consistent results.
Application: Perfectly suited for large mold repair welding, mobile phone communications, jewelry crafting, electronic components, timepieces, sensors, precision machinery, hardware, gas and automobile parts, and a wide array of metals and alloys.

1. What is the difference between Fiber(CW) and QCW?
Although both Fiber(CW) and QCW are suitable for precision welding, in terms of welding effect, QCW will produce less spatter than Fiber(CW) welding, because QCW energy is more stable and less affected by current; in terms of energy intensity, Fiber(CW) energy is higher, so the welding is deeper. QCW has relatively small energy and shallow welding, which is suitable for situations that require super-precision welding work, such as precision instruments, medical treatment, electronic devices, etc., so QCW is the future development trend.
2. Can YAG Laser be used for this mold repair welding machine?
This is our latest model in 2025. Currently, this machine can only choose Fiber or QCW laser.
3. After I received this machine, I don't know how to use it. What should I do?
We will send the operation video and user manual together with the machine.
