Introducing our state-of-the-art, high-performance laser welding system, specifically designed for dynamic versatility and customizable solutions. Whether you prefer a fiber laser or a QCW laser configuration, this robust system ensures an unwavering, stable beam for superior precision processing. Crafted for industrial endurance, it encompasses cutting-edge innovations that guarantee exceptional operational efficiency and superb weld quality:
Dual Laser Options & Dedicated Cooling
Select the ideal laser technology for your needs: fiber laser or QCW laser, each meticulously optimized to maintain stable beam quality. Paired with an integrated dedicated chiller, the system facilitates prolonged continuous operation, minimizing thermal variation and thus elevating welding stability and extending system longevity.
Heavy-Duty Precision Workstation
Equipped with a solid 3D load-bearing workbench, featuring electric height adjustment for precision. Driven by precision ball screws and high-precision linear guide rails, this platform offers an impressive combination of nimble agility and micron-level accuracy. With a payload capacity of less than 50 kg, it is perfectly suited for managing intricate welding tasks with ease.
Active Gas Protection System
This system includes a sophisticated argon gas shielding mechanism that protects weld zones from oxidation, thus preserving the integrity of the material and retaining its natural metallic luster. This essential feature ensures consistent protection of the weld pool, directly resulting in high-quality, defect-free welds.
Industrial-Grade Structural Design
Constructed with reinforced components, this system is designed to withstand the demanding conditions of high-volume production environments. It maintains peak performance while offering user-friendly maintenance access to ensure maximum efficiency and operational reliability.
Application: Perfectly suited for a wide array of applications including large mold repair welding, mobile phone communications, jewelry crafts, electronic components, clocks, sensors, precision machinery, hardware, gas and automobile parts, and more, effectively handling various metals and alloys.

1. What is the difference between Fiber(CW) and QCW?
Although both Fiber(CW) and QCW are suitable for precision welding, in terms of welding effect, QCW will produce less spatter than Fiber(CW) welding, because QCW energy is more stable and less affected by current; in terms of energy intensity, Fiber(CW) energy is higher, so the welding is deeper. QCW has relatively small energy and shallow welding, which is suitable for situations that require super-precision welding work, such as precision instruments, medical treatment, electronic devices, etc., so QCW is the future development trend.
2. Can YAG Laser be used for this mold repair welding machine?
This is our latest model in 2025. Currently, this machine can only choose Fiber or QCW laser.
3. After I received this machine, I don't know how to use it. What should I do?
We will send the operation video and user manual together with the machine.
