The 180W CO2 marking machine is a high-tech product that integrates laser technology, optical technology, precision machinery, electronic technology, computer software technology, and refrigeration. Unlike traditional contact mechanical processing, laser processing uses a non-contact method. It employs the extremely high instantaneous energy of the laser to vaporize the surface structure of the material or burn specific areas through chemical and physical effects, achieving the purpose of engraving permanent marks on the material surface. The system uses a 10640nm carbon dioxide laser, which can meet the requirements of different applications: marking, engraving, cutting, color removal, paint layer treatment, material micro heat treatment, etc. Laser processes can be used to fix workbenches and production lines to suit the characteristics of the system. The equipment uses an aluminum structure, and the latest drive control is used to achieve stable quality throughout the working area. The laser beam path change is driven by two galvanometer motors (XY), and the third axis is driven by a pre-scanning focusing system to allow wide adjustment of the focus distance.
