1. What is the difference between Fiber(CW) and QCW?
Although both Fiber(CW) and QCW are suitable for precision welding, in terms of welding effect, QCW will produce less spatter than Fiber(CW) welding, because QCW energy is more stable and less affected by current; in terms of energy intensity, Fiber(CW) energy is higher, so the welding is deeper. QCW has relatively small energy and shallow welding, which is suitable for situations that require super-precision welding work, such as precision instruments, medical treatment, electronic devices, etc., so QCW is the future development trend.
2. Can YAG Laser be used for this mold repair welding machine?
This is our latest model in 2025. Currently, this machine can only choose Fiber or QCW laser.
3. After I received this machine, I don't know how to use it. What should I do?
We will send the operation video and user manual together with the machine.
