Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a factory,which manufactures laser cutting/marking/welding/cleaning machine and CNC plasma cutting machine,with 15 years experience in CNC machine industry.
Q2: Do you have CE document and other documents for customs clearance?
A: Yes, we have CE, provide you with a one-stop service. At first we will show you and after shipment we will give you CE/Packing list/Commercial Invoice/ Sales contract for customs clearance.
Q3: How about warranty?
A: 2 years quality guaranty, the machine with main parts(excluding the consumables) shall be
changed free of charge(some parts will be maintained) when if any problem during the warranty period.
Q4. What is the delivery time for the machine?
A:Fast delivery . The delivery time for most machine models is usually within 3-5working days.
Q5. How do I install the machine after I receive it?
A: We have prepared a complete user manual, installation preparation guide and installation video. These documents will be sent to you in advance and you can prepare according to them. After the machine arrives, we will set up an online group where our engineers will be available to guide you, and we will stay online 24 hours a day.
